Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders placed on Yosure are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Order processing includes:
Product verification
Quality check
Packaging
Dispatch arrangement
Tracking number generation
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During high demand seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Since we work with global fulfillment partners, delivery times vary depending on your location.
INDIA DELIVERY:
Estimated delivery time: 8 to 18 business days
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
Estimated delivery time: 10 to 25 business days
Some remote regions may require additional time depending on courier availability and customs clearance.
Please note that these are estimated shipping times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
Shipping confirmation email/message
Tracking number
Order tracking link
Tracking information may take 2 to 7 days to update after dispatch depending on the courier partner.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer:
Free Shipping on selected products or
Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on destination
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
5. POSSIBLE SHIPPING DELAYS
While we make every effort to deliver on time, Yosure shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
International customs inspections
Flight cargo delays
Weather conditions
Political disruptions
Courier operational issues
Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
Remote area delivery restrictions
High seasonal order volume
Such delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.
6. MULTIPLE PACKAGE SHIPMENTS
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster dispatch.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for different parcels.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for entering correct:
Full name
Shipping address
Postal code
Contact number
If an incorrect address is provided and parcel is lost or returned, Yosure will not be responsible for refund or replacement.
8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, customs duties/import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
Yosure is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
9. LOST / STOLEN / DELAYED PARCELS
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service, shipping is under third-party logistics management.
In rare cases of lost parcels, we will assist customers in investigation, however:
Yosure does not guarantee refunds for courier transit delays beyond the estimated timeframe.

11. CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
By placing an order with Yosure, the customer agrees that:
shipping timelines are estimates,
international logistics may occasionally take longer,
and delays caused by courier/customs do not make the order eligible for cancellation or refund.
