  1. 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
    Due to the nature of our business operations, all products sold on Yosure are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    Once an order has been placed and successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

  2. NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE POLICY
    We do not accept:
    Change of mind returns
    Wrong product selected by customer
    Size issues after order confirmation
    Color preference changes
    Discounted or promotional item returns
    Exchange requests after delivery
    Customers are requested to review all product details carefully before placing an order.
  3. . REFUND EXCEPTIONS (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)
    Refunds will only be considered in the following rare situations:
    ✔ Product received completely damaged
    ✔ Product missing from package
    ✔ Wrong item shipped by Yosure
    To claim such issues:
    Customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
    Must provide:
    Clear parcel opening video
    Product photos
    Order number proof
    Without valid unboxing video proof, no claim shall be accepted.
    Yosure reserves the right to reject any claim if proof is insufficient.
    4. ORDER CANCELLATION
    Once an order is confirmed, it enters processing immediately.
    Therefore:
    Orders cannot be canceled after payment confirmation or COD confirmation.
    Please ensure all shipping details, size, and contact information are accurate before checkout.
    5. SHIPPING DELAYS
    Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimated only.
    Yosure shall not be liable for:
    Courier delays
    Weather delays
    Transit disruptions
    Incorrect address provided by customer
    Failed delivery attempts
    Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
    6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
    Customers are solely responsible for:
    Selecting the correct product
    Reading product descriptions
    Choosing correct size/variant
    Entering correct shipping address & phone number
    No refund or replacement will be issued for customer mistakes.
    7. FRAUD / ABUSE PROTECTION
    Yosure maintains a strict anti-fraud policy.
    Any false claims regarding:
    damaged product
    non-delivery
    wrong item
    refund abuse
    may result in permanent refusal of service and legal action if necessary.
